High gate foundation is a non- governmental institution established by Mr. Fosu Kwabena in the year, 2014 with the motto; “save lives, defect poverty.”
The main objectives of which the organization was formed are:
1. To seek for the welfare of the needy children.
2. To educate the youth on skilled training.
3. To develop skill training for persons with disabilities.
4. To build capacity for stakeholders.
5. By the end 2026, about 3000 people would be sensitized on the need to come to the aid of the disadvantaged.
The mission of this organization is to reduce or eradicate poverty among the needy and other vulnerable.
1. There must be solidarity among members.
2. There must be honesty and transparency in all programmers and activities that are to be cairned out.
3. There must be a mutual respect by recognizing the dignity and worth of all people and values of diversity.
4. High gate foundation will be independent of any religion or political party affiliation.
5. Strive excellent of work to the highest quality of performance..
6. There must be a commitment among the members to work effectively are efficiency to minimize the resources dedicated to the ultimate objectives of the organization.
7. There must be creativity and innovative without fear or failure in pursuing the purpose the organization.
High gate education complex is a private basic school owned by Mr. fosu Kwabena. It was established in September, 2014 located at Mpatasie behind Mpatasie Health Center in Berekum Municipal in the Bono Region of Ghana.
Like any other serious institution has its vision, High gate education complex has its own vision. That is; “The school is set to ensure that all children of school four ages physically challenged in the municipality acquire basic education to make them self-reliance and socially fit to enhance development.”
1.To provide best quality education for the advancement of all human faculties- physical, mental, social, moral and spiritual in unison.
2. To provide them an atmosphere of understanding, freedom and love for development of a sense of creativity in the young minds.
3. To enable the child to harmonize with society and changing environment.
4. To make hither balanced, self- reliant, useful, disciplined and law abiding citizen.
5. To instil leadership qualities among all students.
6. To create the spirit of tolerance, patience, love and respect for values.
